1. Applicability These Terms govern all orders placed on our website. By ordering, you agree to these Terms.

3. Orders & Payments Orders require full payment before processing. Available payment methods appear at checkout. We may refuse, cancel, or review any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect information, or other circumstances that make fulfilment impossible or unreasonable.

4. Processing & Delivery Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

5. Cancellations & Returns Handled strictly according to our Return Policy. This includes the 14-day legal cancellation right for US consumers.

6. Liability We are responsible for the goods until they are physically received by you or a person you designate, in line with US consumer law. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs checks, carrier delays, or incorrect information provided by the customer. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.

However, if you are a US consumer, you will benefit from all mandatory protections provided under applicable US federal and state consumer law. Where Wyoming law conflicts with those protections, the applicable consumer law will prevail for the affected provisions.
